Welcome to
County Savings Bank's Online Banking.
In order to access your
accounts online, you will need to follow some basic requirements.
You will need either
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher or Netscape's Navigator 6.1 or
higher with 128-bit encryption. You may be able to access the
online banking with lower versions but your will have limited
functionality. The browser you choose must also be configured to
accept cookies.
To find out what version of
Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator you are using and to determine
if they support 128-bit encryption, you will need to do the following.
IN INTERNET EXPLORER
IN NETSCAPE NAVIGATOR

on the top of the page will
be displayed the version you are using
-
if you have "128-bit
encryption" the following sentence will appear - it may be located in
the last paragraph on the page and it will be in bold letters - "This
version supports high-grade (128 bit) security with RSA Public Key
Cryptography."
If your browser version is
not 6.0 or higher or it does not support 128-bit encryption, you will
need to upgrade to a higher browser that supports the 128-bit
encryption.
TO UPGRADE
Internet Explorer - to
upgrade to version 6.0, type in the following web address:

Netscape Navigator - to
upgrade, type in the following web address:

Follow the
directions provided.
If you have downloaded the
above browsers, your cookie settings should be set appropriately.
If you are still having problems accessing the Online Banking website,
please try the following.
TO ENABLE
COOKIES
Internet Explorer
In the tool bar, select
"Tools" and click on "Internet Options". Select the tab titled
"Privacy". In the second box labeled "Websites", click on the
"Edit" box. Type in the following web address exactly at it
appears below and then click on the box labeled "Allow".

Netscape Navigator
Netscape Navigator is
defaulted to accept all cookies. To change your settings in the
tool bar, open the "Edit" menu and choose "Preferences". Under the
Privacy & Security category, click "Cookies". (If no subcategories
are visible, double-click Privacy & Security to expand the list.)
You may then select your preferences. If you would like to learn
